By opening an account, accessing, or using any products or services offered by Keystone National Bank ("the Bank," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Account Holder," "you," or "your") and Keystone National Bank, a federally chartered banking institution regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
To open and maintain an account with Keystone National Bank, you must:
Joint accounts require all account holders to meet eligibility requirements. Business accounts require additional documentation as specified during the application process.
You represent that all information provided during account opening is true, accurate, and complete. You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any multi-factor authentication codes. You must notify us immediately at 1-800-555-0199 if you suspect unauthorized access.
Changes to account ownership, including adding or removing account holders, require written authorization from all existing account holders and appropriate documentation.
All deposits are subject to our funds availability policy. Generally, the first $225 of a deposit made in person, at an ATM, or via our mobile banking app is available on the next business day. Larger amounts may be held for additional periods as permitted by federal law (Regulation CC).
We reserve the right to refuse any deposit, require additional documentation, or place extended holds on deposits as required by law or when we have reason to believe a check may not be honored.
Withdrawals may be made via ATM, debit card, check, electronic transfer, wire transfer, or in person at a branch. We reserve the right to require advance notice for large withdrawals as permitted by federal law.
By enrolling in online banking, mobile banking, or other electronic services, you consent to electronic communications and transactions. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate devices and internet access to use our electronic services. We are not liable for any service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by your equipment, internet service provider, or circumstances beyond our control.
Our electronic services are governed by our Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement, which is provided during enrollment and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Fees associated with your account(s) are disclosed in our Schedule of Fees, provided at account opening and available at any branch. Fees may include, but are not limited to:
We will provide at least 30 days' notice before implementing changes to fee schedules, as required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keystone National Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount in your account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through our internal complaint resolution process. You may submit a complaint by contacting us at complaints@keystonenational.com.
If unresolved after 60 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
You may also file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov/complaint.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email, postal mail, or a prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to modified Terms, you may close your account without incurring any penalty before the effective date of the changes.
